I have been wanting to make cuffs for awhile, and a call to remind me of coming VCON is just what I needed to light a fire under me. Made 2 cuffs today, shown open and buttoned up. They can be Victorian or Steam Punk. Or anything else as well. I think the Pink one is rather Victorian, and Have had the cat button for years waiting for just the right occasion. This appears to be it!
