A glimpse into my kitchen and paper craft area. I have been making a lot of cards. Somehow it is very satisfying. Tonight I am NPO after midnight for an ultrasound of my upper abdomen tomorrow morning. I always have the fear that I will forget and get up and eat breakfast by accident. It took three months for this. Actually the original reason for ordering it - upper abdominal pain - has resolved. But I have severe and long standing gastric reflux, so my doctor wants me to go ahead with the test. Oh well. I thank god every day that I am in Canada.
