Today Tammy and I went to Richmond to set up our art for the VCON art show. We got there early and found out that the truck with the racks for the art was delayed and wouldn't even get there for hours and then the racks had to be set up, so Rose, the organizer of the art show offered to hang our work for us. So we left her with directions and went home.
I made potato salad today, with the pickled cauliflower. Also added green and black olives and feta cheese, salt and pepper, 4 cheese salad dressing and yogurt because I don't have mayonnaise. Tomorrow I have to make ATCs and bread and do laundry and if I have time and energy I could make mayo. My homemade is so much better than store bought.
