Woman Running

I am feeling muggy. Sleeping a lot and not doing much of anything. This drawing took me two whole days. I am getting used to thawing something in time to cook dinner. Tonight's was fantastic! I had some leftover rice and some chicken thighs. I put 1T of olive oil in a small casserole and put hand ground sea salt and peppercorn on both sides of chicken and cooked at 325 for 40 minutes. Meanwhile I put 1T butter in a smaller casserole and addes ride. Added some feta with herbs and another T of butter on top. Put into oven when timer rang and cooked both for another 15 min. Made a salad to go with. Had a bite of dark chocolate for dessert!
