Had a wonderful Easter Dinner at my friend Laurie's Mom's house. Big family dinner, Great food and good company. Lovely. Laurie makes the best ham I have ever tasted! And mashed potatoes with carrots and roasted garlic. MMMM! And, I was able to resist the 2 desserts! I also resisted the birthday cake at a birthday party yesterday. As I feel better and better on the Paleo Diet my will power is building up!
